At ALU PACIFIC, every order is handled with care to ensure your luggage arrives safely, quickly and ready for your next journey.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

The final price shown at checkout is the price you pay for your order. No additional shipping fees or handling charges are added by ALU PACIFIC.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your delivery location:

Netherlands: 1 business day

European countries: 2–5 business days

International orders: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible.

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking link from the shipping carrier.

You can use this link to follow your package directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your package has been assigned a tracking number. Your order may already be on its way even if the carrier tracking page has not updated yet.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local carrier services.

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

ALU PACIFIC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking link provided by the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will help you investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Returns

You have the right to return ALU PACIFIC products within 30 days after receiving your order, provided that the products are complete, unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
